PR pathway for Indian engineers — step by step
Most engineers complete the full journey in 12–18 months from profile creation to PR card.
Engineers Canada (EGBC, PEO, APEGA) or WES evaluate your degree. A Canadian-equivalent assessment is mandatory for Federal Skilled Worker.
Language is the highest-impact factor you can improve. CLB 9 in all four bands earns 136 language points vs. 0 at CLB 6.
Submit your profile in the Express Entry pool. Your CRS score determines your invitation rank. Engineers with CLB 9 + Masters typically score 470–510.
Category-based STEM draws have cut-offs 30–80 points below general draws. A provincial nomination (BC PNP, Alberta AINP, Ontario OINP) adds 600 CRS — near-guaranteed ITA.
You have 60 days from your Invitation to Apply to submit your complete PR application. Our team prepares every document.
IRCC targets 6-month processing from the date you submit. Your PR card arrives within weeks of landing confirmation.
