Ontario nomination — 600 instant CRS points, near-guaranteed PR
Ontario's Immigrant Nominee Program is Canada's largest provincial nominee program. A nomination from OINP adds 600 CRS points to your Express Entry profile — making an Invitation to Apply virtually certain within days. Our RCIC-authorized team (R506940) identifies your matching stream and manages your complete application.
Ontario PNP streams
OINP has streams for Express Entry candidates, skilled workers, international graduates, French speakers, and tradespeople. We identify which stream fits your profile.
Ontario identifies Express Entry profiles with skills matching Ontario's labour market priorities and sends a Notification of Interest (NOI). Candidates must have a valid Express Entry profile at CLB 7+ and post-secondary education.
For foreign workers with a full-time Ontario job offer in a skilled NOC TEER 0–3 occupation and 2+ years of qualifying work experience. Employer must be an established Ontario business.
For Ontario college/university graduates holding a PGWP with 1 year of Ontario work experience in a skilled occupation and an Ontario job offer. Linked to Express Entry for faster federal processing.
Ontario actively recruits French speakers. This stream operates outside Express Entry, has a lower English threshold, and targets candidates with French as their primary official language.
For skilled tradespeople and transport workers with Ontario employer support. Targets construction, industrial mechanic, and transport occupations. Does not require Express Entry.
For international graduates with 1–2 years of qualifying work experience and a full-time Ontario job offer at the required NOC level. Separate streams for Express Entry and non-Express Entry candidates.
How OINP + Express Entry works
Submit a complete Express Entry profile in the IRCC pool with your education, language scores and work experience.
Ontario sends an email NOI to matching Express Entry profiles. You have 45 days to register interest with OINP.
We prepare your OINP registration and application with all required documents. Processing typically takes 60–90 days.
Ontario issues a nomination letter. You then notify IRCC, which adds 600 CRS points to your Express Entry profile.
With 600 extra points your total CRS virtually guarantees an Invitation to Apply in the next Express Entry draw — usually within days.
We prepare and submit your complete PR application. IRCC targets 6-month processing. You receive your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR).
