Before you subscribe
Can I try the book before I pay?
Yes. Four free lessons open right on this page with no sign-up: a Listening lesson, a Reading lesson, a Writing lesson and a full Listening practice test. Because you can try the book first, there are no refunds after payment.
Which devices can I use?
Any phone and any computer with a modern browser. Your book opens on one phone and one computer at a time, under your own name. If you open it on a new phone, the old phone is signed out of the book.
Can I download or print the book?
No. The FLC IELTS MasterBook is digital only. You read and practise in the interactive book and the book reader, which work on phone and computer; there is no PDF download and no printing.
What happens when my plan ends?
On the last day of your plan the book, its recordings and its practice tests close. We email you 14 days and 3 days before, and you can renew in one step. If you renew early, the new plan starts after your current end date, so you never lose days.
Is it for Academic or General Training?
Both. The lessons cover both versions, and each of the ten practice tests has an Academic Reading and a General Training Reading paper, with Writing tasks for both.
I bought the printed book or study at FLC. Do I pay again?
No. Printed books and FLC coaching include their own activation code. Enter it in My Books, or ask your FLC branch.
How do I pay?
Online by Razorpay: UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallets. Prices are plus 18% GST. The book opens as soon as your payment is confirmed, and a receipt is emailed to you.
