Privacy policy

Draft text — to be reviewed and approved by Future Link Consultants before launch.

We collect only what is needed to run your practice tests.

  • Account data: name, email, mobile number and a securely hashed password (managed by our authentication provider).
  • Test data: your answers, timings, results and any Writing or typed Speaking responses.
  • Payment evidence: the receipt you upload and your UPI reference. Receipts are stored privately and are visible only to authorised FLC staff through short-lived links.
  • Support data: tickets you raise and our replies.

We use this data to run the platform, verify payments, provide support and contact you about your tests. We do not sell it. Ask help@futurelinkconsultants.com to access or delete your data.
